📄 Terms and Conditions of Sale

By placing an order with Say it with Stitches, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which are governed by UK law.

1. Orders & Personalisation

All orders for personalised goods are considered final once submitted. Please ensure that all text, names, and options chosen at checkout are correct. We cannot accept responsibility for errors provided by the customer.

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 5 working days.

2. Product Descriptions

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate. Variations in embroidery thread colours, font sizing, or layout may occur due to customisation needs. These are not considered faults but part of the bespoke nature of our products.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in GBP (£) and include applicable UK VAT, where relevant. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.

4. Delivery

• UK orders are shipped via tracked courier at a flat rate of £3.75 for orders under £50.

• Free UK shipping is applied to orders over £50.

• Overseas customers should contact us prior to purchase for a custom delivery quote.

We are not liable for delays caused by couriers or customs processes once the item has been dispatched.

5. Liability

Our liability for any product is strictly limited to the purchase price. We do not accept liability for any indirect or consequential loss related to the use or non-delivery of our products.
